Warranty Terms
The completed warranty information must be registered in order to validate the warranty. Please register on line at www.waterworkshealth.com or mail warranty card. Warranty does not cover product abuse.

Instructions for Warranty Returns and Replacements
If the Stainless Steel Nozzle is defective, you must return the defective nozzle in order to receive a replacement at no charge. If any damage or defects occur for any reason, discontinue use immediately. Instructions for returns are listed on the packing list delivered with your product.

If any Accessory (loop, s-hook, hose, water container or hose clamp) fails or is defective, replacements will be provided for the cost of shipping and handling only. Accessories do not have to be returned. Contact customer service at 1-866-525-1969 or customercare@waterworkshealth.com.
